I saw this on Geo TV, they were being short on emergency mobiles. Its really sad how we are killing each other, and its always the innocents who looses.

I dont understand why were there riots after the blast, they should rather help out then blaze up the cars and petrol pumps.

Really pathetic. Its such an important day today and whoever has no shame in whatever they're doing. I reckon there are some international intelligence agencies behind this -- if you know what I am talking about.

Sad to hear of the loss of innocent lives. At this stage fingers may point in many directions. Lets wait for the investigation results.

The incident may the result of the ongoing sectarian strife.

To errupt riots, and make unstability in the country they will do whatever they can.

It is possibly a hand of BLA, although i dont consider them much capable of doing it.

Very true neo, now they are mentioning the MQM as responsible for the Blast. I wouldnt be too surprised if this were true. The MQM has had RAW links from its very onset. they get their weapons and training directly from india. Maybe this was another attempt to portray Karachi as a hot bed of violence especially when there have been chaotic events in india such as that fire in mee rat in which a 150 indians died and true to form, they blamed it on the ISI...

    MQM responsible for carnage: MMA

    From Our Correspondent
ISLAMABAD-Condemning Karachi bombing and holding MQM responsible for the tragedy, MMA on Wednesday demanded immediate removal of Governor Ishratul Ebad and Interior Minister Rauf Siddiqui, at their failure in maintaining law and order.
The MMA Supreme Council, which met here, also announced to observe Friday as a protest day against the bomb blast. “It will be countrywide protest and we urge people to fully participate,” MMA President Qazi Hussain Ahemd told a press conference after supreme council meeting. Qazi, who also spoke at the parliament house with newsmen, alleged that MQM was involved in the tragic incident.” We do not need foreign hands, MQM is enough,” what he said in response to a question.
Rejecting government’s claim that it was suicide bombing, he said it is quite visible that MQM is involved in Karachi incident. “This is not a religious clash but the result of MQM and Sunni Tehrik’s decade long enmity.”
MMA also announced to organize Shan-e-Mustafa Conference at Minar-e-Pakistan on April 22. About supreme council meeting, MMA Secretary General Maulana Fazlu Rehman said the Majlis wants fresh elections under the supervision of an independent election commission after the resignation of General Pervez Musharraf.
“Musharraf’s re-election will be unconstitutional and illegal whether from present or next assemblies.”
The 17th amendment, he said, stood null and void with General Pervez Musharaf’s refusal to relinquish the military uniform, while breaking the promise he made with not only the MMA but also with the entire nation.
Demanding to bring all matters and agreements including Kashmir before the parliament, Fazl also demanded that the military operations in FATA and Balochistan should be stopped immediately and political solution should be aimed at, through dialogue.
“The sugar and cement crises are purely artificial and an attempt by a specific group to maintain its dominance,” Maulana Fazlur Rehman added

MMA are idiots themselves. They wanna run a government which they probably have no idea how to do. Don't pay attention to MMA. They try to call a protest and barely get 200 people to attend, most of them being MMA agents themselves.
