Default India troops 'shoot Kashmir boys'

    India troops 'shoot Kashmir boys'

Indian troops have shot and wounded two youths across the Line of Control in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, Pakistan's army says.

The army said the incident truce took place in Rawalkot sector, in breach of a 2003 truce.
A spokesman said the two young men were shovelling sand from a water channel, about 400m inside Pakistan-administered Kashmir, when they were fired upon. The Indian army has denied any firing, saying that the ceasefire is intact.

Has this been reported in the Pakistani media?

I have not seen this in the Indian media; at least those that I read/ see. Or, maybe I missed it.

Given the 'tension' that is current, after the good work of the CBMs, I am sure the Indian media would have much to say on this.

Therefore, I am keen to know if this has been reported in the Pakistani media.

Yes Sir Ray it was reported by Pakistani Media and The western ones also the BBC also.
I was watching the news when this one was being telecast it was a surprise for me cuz cross border firing only inflict losses on civilians.
i dont think so Indian media had reported it or might had reported cuz it was from Indian side may be thats the reason.

The Indian media would be first to use sensational news, especially on Kashmir, terrorism, BJP related, minority related, political scandals and the like.

The Indian media loves to think that they are the actual wheels that move the govt. Pathetic people i.e. the Indian media.

Can you give me a link to the Pak media, and more importantly, a commentary or an editorial.

Your frankness about your own profession is the most refreshing thing that happened today.

It shows that there are still honest journalists.

But, to be fair, I think in every profession, truth and honesty becomes a casualty sometimes.
