Default Can Muslim countries boycott Isreal???

All the muslims are not happy over Isreal. But muslim countries failed to take any action against Isreal. No one helped them so far. and now Royal family announced 1bn $ money. I would expect lotta money would flow.

PPl in gaza as ppl here posted are in horrible. More than money they need support.

Can Muslim countries boycott Isreal. Just cut the mutual relations. Make sure no Isreal citizen enter your country. Close its embessy. Just let it be alone for a while. Isreal is surrounded by muslim countries. They will realize the value when you just ignore.

Dont hate Isreals. Dont love them (impossible)..But NEGLECT them. Dont care..dont talk....thats the biggest punishment you can ever give it to anyone.

Cut all the business...cut the fuel to that country...forget that country exists

    CAN YOU DO IT

There is not Muslim country that has good relationship with Isreal.
Boycott will not make much difference.

Most of its trade is with west.

An Iranian military commander has called on Islamic countries to cut oil exports to Israel's supporters.

Iran's IRNA news agency quoted military commander Bagherzadeh as saying oil was "one of the powerful elements of pressure" on what he called the Jewish state's Western backers, including the United States. He also spoke of the "unequal war" faced by Palestinians in Gaza. IRNA said Commander Bagherzadeh pointed out the West's dependence on Islamic countries for oil and energy resources.

    My comments
Thats it. Make them pay 100 times more to get oil. Make sure west countries doenst supply oil to them. Just declare every gallon to isreal has a tax about 5000%...bring thier economy down...

Is Israel indirectly buying Iranian oil?

    June 12, 2008 23:15 | Updated Jun 17, 2008 16:23
    By ABE SELIG, Jerusalem Post

Having adamantly denied for months that Israel could possibly be purchasing any oil originating in Iran, an Israeli official has now acknowledged that the Jewish state cannot be sure that Iranian oil is not coming here indirectly, and a former Israeli energy minister has told The Jerusalem Post that Iranian oil may have been imported indirectly for years and that he would have readily authorized such purchases himself.

"I don't see any problem if Iranian oil is arriving in Israel," said Moshe Shahal, who served as energy minister from 1984 to 1990, "because it's not coming straight from Iran."

Shahal explained that once oil is on the open market, its source becomes clouded. In a sense, he said, the oil loses its nationality while retaining its quality.

"The national oil companies sell their oil to buyers who in turn sell the oil on the free market," Shahal went on. And it was entirely possible that Israel had therefore been buying oil that originated in Iran for years. "The people selling the barrels of oil never see a barrel of oil in their life, they're just making the sales," he said.

When I was in Kuwait (1977-1980), there used to be a list of companies who supported Zionist cause and these companies were not allowed to sell goods in the Arab world; Coca Cola was not available, being on this list. After the Camp David Summit, most of such companies were allowed into to Arab world as Egypt set up diplomatic relations with Israel. Such a move could be initiated again. Main problem will be political will of the leading countries such as Saudi Arabia, because PLO leadership of Mahmood Abbas is at odds with Hamas. Muslims can take it upon themselves not buy goods from companies that support Zionist cause, the effect would be the same. For example, I would not purchase any goods made in Denmark.

During the time of the Shah, Iranian oil used to be exported to Isreal as well as South Africa. Since the Revolution in 1979, Iran cut relations with Israel and handed over Israeli embassy building to PLO (The PLO-Iran relationship subsequently soured because of PLO support for Saddam in the Iran / Iraq war)

Each drop exported out of Iran has a destination restriction clause. Mainly because the price is different for different destinations and export to Israel is banned. Therefore chances of Iranian oil going to Israel are small. Israel on the other hand has access to Egyptian crudes (Actually discovered by Israel when Sinai was under Israeli occupation) and Russian crudes exported out of Black Sea. Besides, since Iranian origin goods are boycotted by the US, Israel won’t buy Iranian oil any way.

Iranian Oil does find its way into Israel, as the Israeli Energy Minister Said. Remember what King Faisal did???? That was one hell of an act of bravery, wasnt it? That coupled with the Dialogue "we will ride camels and eat dates, we were born this way" Times have changed though, hasnt it?

"Deep inside" we don't quite think your nation is that passive at all, thank your ministers e.g. Mr. Mukherjee and Mr. Singh for that.
Also the fact that Indian soldiers aren't sweethearts in their part of Kashmir says enough.
The fact that Israelis dont take B.S. from anyone is utter nonsense in a way.
They can easily wipe off the Arab nations, I mean, how would you feel in a region where you're actually the only outsider, facing alot of people different then you are who aren't exactly here for a tea party, but you have a big and I mean BIG brother backing you up, wouldn't you feel confident?
U.S. support to Israel is immense, hence why they don't take B.S. from anyone, but once the support fades away militarily, politically and economically, you will see how Israel will HAVE to take BS from other nations.

Also, 1+ billion muslims, if ALL of them or atleast a large part of them boycotted Israeli products or companies that aid Israel, wouldn't that have an impact on them?
