Absolutely this should be encouraged. Supposedly cosmetic surgery practices in Pakistan are booming. Way cheaper than the west and extremely professional work from what I hear.

There's a huge boom in breasts implants here in western Europe, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary are very popular as you can get a new and bigger pair starting from €4000 already, merely a third of what they charge in Holland, Germany or UK!
