Why the division Sir? Pakistan is for all Muslims, be it Bihari, Bengali, UP Muslims ( our dear Bhaiyaas), Shia and Sunni.

Btw, you're mistaken about there not being any people to people contacts.

A lot of Pakistanis go to China and vice versa. All the examples you gave of Australia begging the Indians to come there are not true indication of friendship. Australian government wanted the cheap labor, not a friend.

Pakistan and China are friends because our strategic interests are aligned. Till that is there, China will not abandon us for India. What is China doing in India? India really pressed hard this time to the Chinese to balance out the trade deficit they have with China. India buys more than it sells to China.

Majority of Chinese oil comes from Iran, mainly due to zero US influence over Iran. Buying oil from other gulf nations always pose a problem for China as all of them are under tight US control. The only other oil venue for China is Venezuela but this is even more risky than Iran due to more US Navy influence in Open Seas. USA does not need a base to influence any nation. Just an aircraft carrier with the full flotilla can create havoc on any nation. China does not have this kind of capability. China needs a base and that base is now in Gowadar. The other basis are planned in either Sri lanka or Maldives. Watch the Chinese as this will appear in the news sooner than you think.
