I WISH THEY CUT OF TOTAL AID, I AM PRETTY SURE THE RUSSIANS AND CHINESE CAN GIVE US A BETTER DEAL WITH LESS STRINGS ATTACHED. AND THATS EXACTLY WHY THE AMERICANS CAN'T PRESSURE PAKISTAN LIKE THEY WANT TO.
