How do you move up on the ranks on defence.pk

I'm slighty curious on how members move up in the ranks of defence.pk

For example how do you become a "Think Tank", "Moderator", or even a "Super Moderator"...etc...

Is there a special online form to fill out to see whos the best for the occupation or do members get promotions randomly when the Administrator believes he/she deserves it?

I hope my query will be answered...

Well the first thing to do would be to post with intelligence and maturity for a period of time. If what you post shows merit and value maybe you would be asked to join the think tank.
The moderator positions are another matter. They are decided by the Webmaster (with input from other mods, admins etc) and are based on other criteria.

So its simple to advance through the "ranks" you have to post over a long period of time with balance and maturity.
