The whole get up has a dark colour.

If I am permitted to state, the background should be warm and inviting colours and not dark ones.

The right one is marginally better. But I think that the eagle should be silhoutted against a star, but the crescent moon should be surrounding it, not leaves or whatever it is at the moment.
