It's a promotion season, so i thought to propose a new candidate, who is longed ignored for TT promotion, He fits the description Webby put out for TT, Also, Some TT members are promoted to Moderator, so to fill the Gap, a new TT is required, i hope, The Administration give due consideration to this proposal
