The 'typical Indian trash media' was quoting this Phd in political science who is professor in the department of peace studies at the University of Bradford, northern England, and head of the Pakistan Security Research Unit there. He is the author of Pakistan: Securing the Insecure State (Routledge, 2008). He is an Englishman and not American like some wise guy said.

His contact number is on the linked site, you can ask him why he 'dressed up some non-events as major incidents'.
