Terror attack in Jerusalem: 18 year old young man stabbed

A 18-year-old Jewish youth was stabbed Saturday in the Ramot neighborhood in Jerusalem, allegedly by a Palestinian man, the police said.



A massive manhunt is being conducted after the suspect, who fled the scene. Police helicopters have been scrambled to aid in the search. The Jerusalem Police said that the attack is believed to have a nationalistically motive.



Magen David Adom emergency services said that the man was stabbed twice, in the abdomen and in the back. He was rushed to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem in serious condition.



According to initial details, the police and MDA received a call about a stabbing victim around 4 pm.

Eyewitnesses told Ynet that the suspect attacked his victim without provocation.



Security forces and medical teams were dispatched to the scene immediately, where they discovered the youth, bleeding from multiple stab wounds.



Eliezer Asulin, the first MDA paramedic on the scene, told Ynet: "We arrived at the scene and found a young man lying on the floor and suffering from stab wounds in his abdomen and back.



"He lost a considerable amount of blood and his condition began deteriorating as we were treating him. We evacuated him as soon as possible."

Reports came in that while he stabbed the 17 year old youth, he tried to also stab a 12 year old little girl but luckily she got away.

This is more like a homicide than a terrorist attack but I condemn this killing. The coward who stabbed such a young boy is nothing but that; a coward and a future militant. Having such barbaric intent of multiple stabbing an 18-yr old youth is nothing short of savagery.

Then why do you cry when your own die? You should know involving in a war between two superpowers (USSR and USA) and enraging a third regional power has political consequences as well. Don't crib and cry next time for the world to take notice when there are drone attacks.

Although many more Palestinians have been victim to this type of violence than Israelis I cannot understand how it was justified. I am a Muslim. We do not believe in murder. Muslims and Jews cannot go around blindly killing each other. Although Israel is a terrorist state, Muslims of Palestine should lead by example, and not engage in petty crimes such as these.
