the best reform of UN is to abolish UN Security Concil,so every nation can equally have a vote and voice and majority rules, not like today's UN Security concil, only powerful countries make big decisions and all of the rest countries are just minor players whose voice carries no weight at all.that is to institionalized global injustice and now we can only see US trying to get its friends Japan and India in so that US can virtually control the security concil with the two existing allies UK and France.China wont let it happen, for the cause of univeral justice.

India definitely deserves it and no one can stand in between .
India should be in security council as the representative of developing countries.

    and one day she will.

Yes, EU seat for all EU members. that way, we Europeans will speak in one voice. West Asia is still Asia. Africa doesn't have any country that is economically and militarilly strong enough to be included. But maybe in 20 or 30 years one African country could be included.

Yes. India is just not strong enough right now. Its economy is not even as strong as Germany, not to speak of technology.

Yes abolish the security council that would be the best thing since electricity, USA and its allies should spread democracy to UN also and abolish "ruthless dictators" in the UN SC . On a side note the writer of this article has balls.
