Yeah... BRICS would do anything to support an Iran with that kind of offer. After all, resources dictate terms.

Its oil not cookie that you change jar to eat cookie and notthin will happen. For refineries it is big deal to change source of oil both managerial and operational. Again it is not wise to depend of one supplier.
