Rest be assure, the friendship between Vietnam and China is not a zero sum game. Their similarities in ideologies and cultures put them in the same path toward modernization, economical prosperity and national sovereignty. This is the perfect moment for them to settle their differences and if agreements can't be reached, keep on talking.
