Have you ever watched even Bollywood movies?

Of course, Indian governments will never admit their links with militant groups whom they have used to do their dirty works. This is dubbed as 'covering own tracks'.

Are Indians too gullible to understand these matters?

Every country has its own share of Atrociousness. No one is saint here. Blaming each other for these things is like sheeshe ke ghar me rahane wale dusare pe paththar fek rahe hai.

However, it is also important to highlight the typical Indian practice of framing Pakistan for any major incident of terror or mishap that occurs in India. As a Pakistani, I really 'hate' this kind of practice. But some Indians are never willing to look in their home. They always maintain pointy fingers at other countries.
