These people are continually told not to pay criminals to smuggle them via derelict boats over dangerous seas into Australia. These warnings are ignored and accidents like this keep occurring.
There is a proper process to claim asylum in Australia, and they people should follow it to avoid incidents like this.
A very sad situation.

The criminals they pay to smuggle them put them on broken wooden boats that are only meant to carry 30 people, but are stacked with 200 people. So naturally the boat capsizes in rough seas.
