It was an emotionally case & what about you when the man is die and your women put for burning in flame. so it is not emotion but setting you did in your hell........

Are you supporting the man who killed his own daughter?....Is religion more important than one's own blood...Sorry, I think we are living in different worlds

Okay then. For example, what if a Muslim girl DID marry a person from another religion. She is automatically non-muslim now as you said? What did your madrassa teach you was the punishment for apostacy? Death or stoning, right? Would you have enforced it, seeking heavenly benefits, or scare off, due to modern law.

No- she will be a Muslim, depends on her too if she wants to, her kids cannot be muslims until they later convert.
There is no death punishment for apostacy, its all misconceptions followed by talibans.

Remember what Quaid e Azam did when his daughter married a Hindu. After all he was a secular guy, isn't it.

Bolded Parts.
Dont ask the questions and assume the answers for me, drop this provocative writing style.

I didn't post it here. Talk to the original poster.

I was not saying it to you, did i mention your freakin name?

Its condemnable and not allowed atleast in Islam.

Now come back to the religion part tell me all these honour killings in India on the basis of cast system in Hinduism and also on religious basis which came to light recently due to progress in Media (though these were always there) what do you assume from that?

 nop. that is the figure which came to media.

Harry Potter Star Receives Death Threats. . . From her Family | TheCelebrityCafe.com

Last May, Afshan Azad’s father and brother attempted to take her life. According to BBC, the young ‘Harry Potter’ actress was attacked at her home in Manchester by the two family members.

Her Father, Abdul Azard, 54, and brother, Ashraf, 28, appeared in court on Tuesday for both death threats and physical attacks. Her brother, who is being charged with assault, has caused his sister bodily harm on more than one occasion.

The trial is set to continue on July 12.

According to People Magazine, the attacks had less to do with her successful career and more to do with her love life. The threats were presumably linked to the family’s religious beliefs. As devout Muslims, Afshan’s family strongly objects to her relationship with a Hindu man.

Azad, who plays Padma Patil, a friend of Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione in the films, has no previous acting experience. We hope her career has only just begun.

It's not only South asia where such things happen

Its condemnable and not allowed in hinduism and any other religion I know off.

:agree: If so then what is the point saying Muslim girls killed by Muslim father.

and why not posting all those cases of honour killings of Hindu women and men in the name of religion in India???

No its the complete figure.. its a different country dont compare it on basis of what happening there.

Not at all Not at all. The cases reported by media are not complete one in any region.

And interestingly sometime back the Indians had been believing there is NO honour killings in India specially among Hindus BUT once the media started reporting the cases you came to know it does exist.
