Are they taking out the RAW-sponsored terrorist training camps, Indian consulates and information centers that fund and support terrorism in Pakistan? So far they seem to have failed, but they still have time to make up.

Yep, considered that possibility. But I am speaking from an ISI POV. ISI knows that Bharat is involved in training and funding terrorists, hence I am questioning why they are not doing taking these camps down. And no, don't try the False Dilemma that since ISI is not targetting Indian terrorist training camps, it means the camps do not exist. There can be other reasons why they are not targetting them.

Pretty much, but the only reason why bharati claims are entertained a little more (not by much) is because individuals in the west want someone to blame for their failure in Afghanistan.

Well the only reason India is not hunting down the Martians is they don't exist. Not targeting someone because it does not exist is a very valid reason, in case you didn't know that.
