Imran Khan indicted in Toshakhana case, as he boycotts proceedings

Court rejects Imran Khan's request to transfer case to another judge

Arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has boycotted the indictment proceedings in the Toshakhana criminal case.
Imran Khan’s lawyers requested to transfer the case to another judge, which was rejected.

A counsel said the court wanted to indict Imran Khan, but they boycotted and left the room.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan was indicted in the Toshakhana criminal case. The charge sheet was read out to Imran Khan in the courtroom.

In a dramatic turn of events, the PTI chairman was arrested from the premises of the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday afternoon in the Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust cases.

He was arrested by a team from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), which was assisted by a large contingent of Rangers personnel, as he was marking his attendance through biometric verification.

The NAB chairman issued the arrest warrants for Imran Khan.

So was the record of tosha khana shown before 2000 as judge said lazmi dekhana hai no matter what

Also maryam intervire with mansoor about tosha khana lol

With protest and agitation, unless it chokes up everything... the only benefit goes to pmln and its stooges in army and establishment.
1.
Punjab elections get delayed
2.
PTI can be banned
3.
PTI can be pressurised to bargain and give in to the pressure
4.
Pmln can get away with NAB clearance

there no democracy in army. lower ranks are not to question or demand accountability of seniors.
that’s not army thats a mob. when it comes to orders vs country, a soldier should and must choose country, turkey ka coupe main bhi yehi hua tha

LOL BC dou takkey ki aukaat rehy gayi hai in ki

Can you notice how sensible patriotic Pakistanis are stopping the crowd, the reality is if violence continues then these same sensible people will back off. The same happened with TLP, millions came to their support but once violence took place, hatred speeches took place then they backed off. Why? Because sensible patriotic Pakistanis do not want to destroy the nation but make it strong.

What good will torching radio pakistan do? It will only put people out of jobs. This is becoming a riot. I fear that a few bad eggs have mixed in with the crowd to stir up some violence.

PTI should make an announcement to not go about doing such criminal acts as it will only backfire on them if they don't. I mean come on, Sanaullah didn't even need an excuse to kidnap IK, what do you think he will do once he has this as an excuse,
Very few sane voices ledt around. People are out for blood unguided

@Signalian

Funny to you isn't it.. morally corrupt individual happy his buddies hijacked a federal democracy for the nth time who have been raping and plundering this nation for 70+ years, disremembered east Pakistan, calling the founder of Pakistan a female dog, selling out Kashmiris, and surrendering our rivers so future generations will die of famine in mass. Why don't you come back to Pakistan and share the loot with your uniform buddies.. before its all gone?

Why isn't PTI trying to control people and telling them to stop attacking public infrastructure?
If the effort to destroy property was actually an organized effort, it would have been to substantial things (I won’t elaborate as that won’t be helpful or responsible), and not to what looks like superficial ransacking of houses and offices.

This is what a protest that devolves into a riot looks like. It’s not organized. In fact there was one PTI representative trying to prevent the rioters from attacking an army officer in the Lahore Corp commanders home if I’m not mistaken, by physically standing in between them.

Peaceful protest is the right of Pti workers but we should all calm down and come back to earth. Control your emotions.

When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty

You need to recognize that the current actions of both PDM and the Army are far from constitutional and lawful. It's clear that they have declared war on the people of Pakistan, and one should not advocate for peace when dealing with a war-like situation. It is not advisable to call for peace in the midst of a war-like situation, nor is it appropriate to ask the party being targeted by state aggression to exercise restraint. If a rebellion against tyranny is successful, only then it can be called a revolution. To sustain itself, Pakistan requires a revolution, and history has shown that such uprisings are seldom achieved without bloodshed.

This, the most sensible words spoken so far in the thread.
The silent population that is neutral, will leave your backing if you do not make it worse for you and everyone.
