‘Thousand links’ : China ties Pak to Xinjiang terror

Incorrect. According to the UN Security Council Resolution 1566 :

"criminal acts, including against civilians, committed with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury, or taking of hostages, with the purpose to provoke a state of terror in the general public or in a group of persons or particular persons, intimidate a population or compel a government or an international organization to do or to abstain from doing any act, which constitute offences within the scope of and as defined in the international conventions and protocols relating to terrorism, are under no circumstances justifiable by considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or other similar nature,"

Let's take Babbar Khalsa (banned group by India, the UK, the EU and Canada) for an example. God forbid they launch a terror strike in any of those countries, India would be held responsible as they were created on Indian soil. The same goes for pakistan.

Your argument is incorrect for this situation, already answered in Post # 131.

Wrong. YOU made the statement that the government of Pakistan is protecting him, so it is up to YOU to prove your claim.

Or admit that you are brainlessly parroting Indian propaganda.

Spare me the circumlocution. Your bias has been on display consistently.

LOL. Please. The guys daughter is married to Javed Miandad's son.

Im not going to convince you Developero, just think about it.

Now i heard that PAK will press charge on OBL wife for illegal living in pan, so why not they press charge on dawood daughter for illegal living in pan for many years before marrying.... proof ... proof and proof....

BEIJING: A senior Chinese official on Wednesday said that extremist groups in Xinjiang province have "thousand and one links" with Taliban forces in Pakistan. The statement comes at a time when Pakistan is trying hard to convince Beijing that it won't allow export of extremism across the border.

"We have discovered some East Turkestan activists and terrorists from our neighboring country have countless links," said Nur Bekri, governor of Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region at a press conference on the sidelines of the Chinese parliament's annual meeting.

Bekri, who regularly meets visiting Pakistani leaders - he met president Asif Ali Zardari during his last visit - also said there is a vast difference between what Islamabad has been saying and the situation on the ground in Xinjiang.

Zardari had rushed to Xinjiang last year after officials in the border town of Kashgar had said they had found the people involved in rioting were connected with terrorists in Pakistan. He had also visited Chinese leaders in Beijing in a desperate attempt to save ties from serious damage.

"Officials, especially in Pakistan, have said over and over again that they oppose violent activities directed against China," Bekri said, adding, "We have certainly discovered that East Turkestan activists and terrorists in our neighboring states have a thousand and one links."

The comment is a departure from the regular Chinese foreign ministry refrain that says Pakistan has contributed much to battle terrorism and appreciates the efforts it has made. But Bekri seemed to suggest that Islamabad should do more to curb the export of terrorism to Xinjiang. India and Afghanistan, too, have blamed Islamabad for failure to act against the export of terrorism to other countries.

'Self-immolaters are criminals guided by Dalai'

The Chinese officials on Wednesday said that the Tibetans committing suicides were criminals and mentally ill, manipulated by the Dalai Lama. Police investigations have shown that a spate of self-immolation in recent months were orchestrated by forces based overseas, the officials added. "To encourage self-immolation , they even offer a compensation for the dead. This proves that self-immolations are pre-meditated political moves," said Wu Zegang, chief of Aba Tibetan-Qiang autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province, the scene of most suicides. "Some suicides are committed by clerics returning to normal life, and they all have criminal records. They have a bad reputation in society," Wu said.

What's wrong with Indian media, this can't be happening. China is calling Pakistan a double faced(read the highlighted line) & exporting terror(in China).

Can't believe it, swear on:china: & :pakistan: friendship.

:sniper:
The Chinese members on this forum are saying that Pakistan has no link to what is going on in Xinjiang but the indians are saying Pakistan has. These indians must be true Chinese patriots! These 'Chinese patriots' should be immediately shipped to the museum in Beijing for public display or perhaps they should be shipped to China's border with Vietnam, they'll make good cannon fodder.

Best Idea of century is that India and China should unite to kill all forms of terrorists inside Pakistan (which Pakistan is unable to control by itself).
The Xinjiang and Kashmir both problems will be solved in one magical stroke because both terrorists are emanating from lawless regions of Pakistan which Pakistan government has no control over.

the better idea is for china and pakistan to join forces to defeat indian, anglo-american, turkish and jewish conspiracies in central asia and the terrorism in china and pakistan will abate by itself. strike at the root of this evil, and the problem will take care of itself, not to mention many side benefits

My statement was correct. The most wanted terrorist in South Asia (Dawood Ibhrahim) is an Indian.

If you want to start the typical Indian line of blaming it on Pakistan, then direct it at someone else please.
Liu Xiaobao was also a terrorist,he has been jailed for wanting freedom.
Dawood Ibrahim was only born Indian and is settled in Pakistan.
And as you said he is the most wanted in South Asia,he is getting state protection in Pakistan(Karachi!)
So who is to be blamed?Aren't you yourself indirectly proving that Pakistan is the epicenter of terrorism?LOL

Even IF that is true, that simply adds to the fact that the Pakistani state was not responsible for any such attacks that happened.

Cool..just for the sake of love for Pakistan, you keep protecting Pak government, saying that they don't support terrorism,so i don't care if any terrorism emanating from there hurts China!
Decent enough logic ,eh?

Always trust the bharatis to turn something into something it isn't. Only so they can get a good night sleep and make global events suit their worldview.

LoL, since that you are taking the statements of Indians as our national policy. Let me give you my bit of the national policy of India: Thinese and the Pakistani friends here are right. This news about Bakeri is false. He has no idea what he is talking about. There is no link between any terrorism in Xinxiang and Pakistan. It is actually a lie being propagated by the communist party via Bakeri. In fact the Uighur sepatist movement is actually an indigenous movement of the opressed Uighurs of China, just like the tibetans are protesting the Han opression. This is an internal development and pakistan or pakistanis etc have no association with this separatism. It is just the Han thing and Bakeri is just trying to pass the buck (sorry the yuan). :)

CD, Dawood has taken refuge in Pakistan

and Dawood is not in India since 1993

if citizen of India goes out of India and doesn't return for many years ( 10 approx ) he loses citizenship of India

so your statement (first) is void ab initio.

the right statement should be " The most wanted terrorist in South Asia (Dawood Ibhrahim) is and India born and has been given refuge and is being used by ISI."

Ok! So you are forgeting that Indian state forces are also failed to control Naxals? or forgetting that Indian agencies are involved in supporting of militany in Pakistan?

but naxals don't create havoc in pak do they?

and your govt has not been able to give even a single proof that India is supporting militancy in pak
