PTI refuses to attend MQM's APC

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf refused to attend MQM’s All Parties Conference.

A delegation of Mutahhida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headed by Farooq Sattar met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Javed Hashmi and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Lahore.

According to sources, MQM delegation failed to convince PTI leaders to attend all parties conference convened by MQM.
The PTI leaders said that they will neither join the agenda of any of government’s allies nor will trust the parties who didn’t implement the parliamentary resolutions.

Addressing a joint press conference after the meeting, Javed Hashmi said PTI will fight independently in elections, adding that it will not form alliance with any party.

Meanwhile, Farooq Sattar maintained that it is high time that all parties should sit together and resolve all the issues of the country, adding that MQM and PTI share same opinion on many of the national issues.

beta, in this country we, have only these fellows, no one here with clean hands, any way PTI needs to form a govt , & they needs support from smaller groups like MQM, just check all the living rulling elites whts thier backgrounds?same!

Nice move by PTI. PTI does not need to form any alliance with any of the corrupt & terrorist parties. So now we can safely say PPP, PMl-N, ANP, JUI & MQM are out of the list. There is a high possibility that Sheikh Rasheed’s party & Imran Khan party will unite on the on 13th - 14th Aug. Then there is something I hope for that Gen. Musharraf party also unites with Imran Khan’s PTI. I hope this happens.

And look this APC is all bullsh*t nothing will happen this is all waste of time, as long as PML-N & PPP are in Pakistan nothing will go right. These parties live by the code which is to do corruption, fool & lie to the people of Pakistan & be a one man gangster party.

I think it's 400,000 Armed Killers and 200,000 Bhatta Khors or is it 2 Million?? Now I'm confused!

By the way Rafay bhai, I am born and bred in Karachi and have lived in Nazimabad and PECHS and I have family members that are affiliated with MQM. Whatever you have said is incorrect. There are extortionists in MQM and perhaps even murderers but not assassins and I hope you know the difference.

Disciplined extortion, in Karachi was most likely started by MQM but they would threaten and beat those who refused. ANP & PAC (Liyari Gang war Criminals) have given this a new meaning, they execute anyone they find in the business centre who refuses to pay and they have recently begun to use grenades. MQM itself is baffled as to how best to handle the situation as it is out of control of everyone.

At the end of the day, MQM and traders are hit most as less revenue for Karachi means less extortion/donation for MQM.....MQM is well aware that a stable Karachi is in their best interest.

P.S. The APC is not an invitation to form an election alliance. It is meant to form a deterrence against anti Pakistani forces.....both foreign & domestic.

you forgot to add their unconditional support to zardari in every matter. Be it the illegal contempt of court bill or dual nationality bill etc etc

PTI's stance is very clear... they'll not discuss anything or be in alliance with anyone who is part of the existing Govt... MQM is no exception, they first need to resign from the assemblies then they'll be in a better position to talk things with PTI and other non-parliament sitting political parties.
