BNP to annihilate AL if it fails to win next polls: Nasim | UNB Connect

Dhaka, July 17 (UNB) – Awami League presidium member Mohammad Nasim on Wednesday said the existence of Awami League will be at stake if it fails to win the next parliamentary elections.

“There’s no alternative to win for Awami League in the next general election. If Awami League suffers defeat, BNP will annihilate it,” he said.

Nasim, also a former Home Minister, said this while addressing a discussion meeting organised by Bangladesh Chhatra League marking Sheikh Hasina‘s Prison Day at TSC auditorium on the Dhaka University campus.

Observing that Awami League is passing through a critical time, Nasim said “Cowards always fear struggles but we aren’t cowards because Awami League was born through struggles.”

Nasim termed Jamaat-e-Islami a criminal outfit and said the main opposition BNP is also a criminal party as it extends support to Jamaat’s activities. “BNP wants to create anarchy across the country along with Jamaat-Shibir,” he said.

Taking a swipe at BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia for supporting Hefajat chief Allama Ahmed Shafi’s remarks against women, Nasim said, “I’ve confusion about the BNP chairperson…?

“A woman can never support Shafi’s speech because his remarks are anti-Islamic and women should come out to protest his speech,” he said.

Nasim said, “Awami League believes in democracy. So, the next parliamentary elections will be held like in other democratic countries in the world. And Chhatra League will have to play an important role in the next parliamentary polls.”

Speaking on the occasion, Foreign Minster Dr Dipu Moni said Sheikh Hasina has been relentlessly working to build Bangladesh as a modern country.

“Chhatra League has to project government’s development activities among the rural people so that Awami League can win the next parliamentary election,” she added.

Bhai, I love the Rasmaali from Kabab King!!!!! :)

You should start eating that Rasmalai now, since Mujahid verdict has been given. Next course of eating should be the downfall of AL. Check if the tastes resemble each other or not.
