I wonder on what plank the other party won the election. Anyway there are already some 30+ threads on beef and bihar elections here lets keep that issue out of this thread.
One of the major area they are talking about is constructions sector. Lets wait for the details.

What India desperately needs is a real estate regulator. All governments kept it out because of mafia opposition. But once that is in place, infrastructure can finally go up to world standards.
