Netanyahu sinks teeth into Golan Heights

Soloman..soloman..solaman.. buddy i must have really wagged your tail:lol:, by telling you a few home truths, it is clear you will not agree or more appropriately put "look the other way" to the truth -
Of course not. You're in a kind of impossible position: either you change your mind, or by making fun of me you're dissing the statements of policy of your own government which I've linked to. Pretending it's personal is a way out for you, but not a way forward for Pakistan: you're not a leader of your country, but one of those intent on pulling it back centuries from light into darkness.

....I have had enough, go find another playmate!:hitwall::hitwall:
It's not "play". It's life and death for you and your people. Yaqub-Khan always complained Pakistanis never learned from their mistakes.

You're really asking that?

Imagine yourself as me. What arguments do you think I would muster to answer you?
Hi,

Not me an entire global community is asking that ! That is not your land get back to the borders of 1967

You mean back to the time where Syrian artillery were firing artillery shells on Israel from positions of advantage?
Without a peace agreement?

Please clarify!
No I mean back to the borders, by allowing Un observer forces to monitor the situation further, instead of unilaterally taking someones land !

What would be a MISTAKE is to recognise APARTHEID.

What illegal expansionism are u talking? Golan front is static for over 40 years.

Here Golan Druze in Israel rally for Assad. And no one shoots them. In fact they live way better and safer than their bros in Syria.
But Palestine remained static for more than 2000 years(as far as ethnic Palestinians living there), and why then came Jews and reclaimed it? If I steals someones car, and police cant get me for 40 years, will it be still mine?
Israel is an oppressor and is mistaken.

if syrian government falls then there will be not one syria. it will be divided into five. so no chance for Golan to be free from Israeli occupation.

Only Hezbullah has the guts and balls to Free Golan from Israeli occupation.

What is responsible for the present situation in Syria, the desire in the Syrian people to have a free and fair election or the desire by the asad regime to cling to power by hook or by crook? Unity of a country cannot stand for long on repression. There's still time, for the sake of Syria's unity Asad should step down and allow a free and fair election, that is, if the unity of Syria or the Golan Heights is that important to the Asad regime.

Yes, having UN monitoring damage caused by exploding heavy artillery rounds
is certainly something worth looking forward to - not.
Israel have the RIGHT to occupy the Golan Heights as long as there is a war.
It would be stupid of them to unilaterally withdraw without a guaranteed peace agreement.

They do not have the right to annex, but the difference in practice between annexation and occupation is small.

Nethanyahu is clearly not the right man to give up the Golan Heights - ever.
He is only however only one election away from being removed from power.

If Syria wants the Golan Heights back, they must make it attractive for Israeli voters not to re-elect Nethanyahu.
So far, they are doing nothing to further their goals.

If You want to buy your neighbours car, and some comes and outbids You, you cannot kill the new bidder.

Israel only bought tires of "the car" and snatched the rest of it.

You're not stupid. I think you're scared to repeat the arguments and points I bring to the discussion.

As for the "entire global community" you invoke, I ask you: are you comfortable with the idea that a gang on the street can surround and rob you, then claim you shouldn't have money and possessions, nor have been there in the first place, simply because they are many and you are one?

What would be a MISTAKE is to recognise APARTHEID.
Note the strategy: don't acknowledge the Zionists points, just resort to gross distortion and accuse him of more crimes, relying on the fact that schools and society prevent the truth from being disseminated to counter them. Pakistanis aren't tired of this approach yet, are they?

And legally so, until there is a peace agreement.
Furthermore, the fact that a state is created claiming borders does not in itself constitute theft of land.
The owner of a specific piece of land does not lose ownership of that piece of land.
The only thing that is changed is citizenship.
The main cause of the conflict is that immigrants used funds collected by Jews worldwide
to purchase land from large Arab landowners, resulting in eviction of a lot of poor Arab families,
which previously leased the land. Rough deal on these, but fully legal.
If You like many Arabs (no such thing as an ethnic Palestinian) left the area by own free will,
there is very little in International Law that protects You and Your (former) property.
How many of the Arabs leaving the state of Israel has payed property tax, since 1948.
In any country, If You don't pay your tax, the government is going to confiscate what they can get hold of, fully legally.
Jews leaving Arab countries in the same manner have very little opportunity to move back,
or get compensation.

In the West Bank there are peculiar laws created by the Ottomans allowing the State
to reclaim "dead land". These laws, created to allow confiscation of land for non-Muslims,
is now coming back to bite Muslims.

So "snatching" may be fully legal.

Israel has every right annexing Golan heights.Syria impose a war on Israel, consider it as a war indemnity, which was common before modern nation states.

I wish i could visit it once in my lifetime, if it is a tourist spot.

Nope, that is governed by the Geneva Conventions.

If Israel wants to legally acquire the Golan Heights they must make a peace agreement with
Syria, where Syria transfers ownership to Israel. That is not something Assad will support ever.

Alternatively Syria disintegrates and someone declares a new state incorporating
the Golan Heights and nearby territories and this new state transfers ownership to Israel.

If Assad is removed from power, and Syria disintegrates like Libya then I think
International Law lacks rules.

Israel can go on occupying the Golan Heights meanwhile.

Well might is right, and I will quote your words the day when the whole process will return to Jews to bite.
Think twice.

It's not "might is right". It's Resolution 242 - and the principle that wars of aggression should not be rewarded and that the aggressors should be punished instead.
