It is said, you die as Shaheed when you die in an accident. May Allah forgive all his sin and grant him Jannat ul Firdous

He may have left us but his words will always remain alive and touch my heart. This is the best Hamd I have liked for a long time, you are free to share songs as well

For me Junaid Jamshed will always be "Dil Dil Pakistan" so rather appropriately my first video him from 1989 which was released when I was there in Pakistan.

Please feel free to add anything in memory of JJ

In my opinion, besides dil dil Pakistan... This is his best song

Also ripped off badly by bollywood movie

Songs capture time similar to how scent can also take you back in time. For me "Dil Dil" and "Tum Mil Gaye" from 1989 do it. They are songs of my unrequited love in Pakistan. What could have been but never was. I guess that's why I am so upset.

For me other than obvious Dil Dil Pakistan it was Hum kiyun chalain us raah par and Tumhara aur Mera naam that were the best. I was just under 5 years old and I memorized and used to sing Dil Dil Pakistan and Sanwli Saloni Si Mehbooba full.

That close this band and JJ was to us who were raised in 90's.

Oh God...

I listened this song after so many years... yeah I also used to love this song back in the days

Remember this??

I don't know the JJ singer but the JJ who sings Nasheeds and preach people toward the right path.

Utmost respect I have and always will have for this person.

He had luxury life and fame at very young age and left it behind to seek the guidance. That's very inspiring.

And since last 4 years, my Ramadans were incomplete without his Shan e Ramzan transmission. My heart is still so heavy and unbearable pain.

Dil Dil Pakistan is like second anthem of Pakistan.
