Pakistan JF17 Thunder 'come with use against any one' rider

All 300 of the planes will come with no restrictions
All the missiles on the 300 planes will be used freely and frequently

All the radars on the planes will be openly used to track any enemy plane movement in Pakistan Air Space and neutralized.

The JF17 planes will successfully be working with the air to air tankers and taking part in all weather day/night missions

Again 100 % free of any riders

The WS-13 , engine will ensure that the planes are comparable to anything that F16C/D is capable of.

The thunders will also come with full support for 100% avionics upgrade to AESA status based on joint research between China and Pakistan

The 300 fighters can be increasd to 500 planes if needed, because we have agreement to purchase up to 1300 engines

Just a reminder we also happen to have 180 Mirages & 100+ Chinese secondary fighters just in case.

NO RIDERS , No restrictions 100% ready to defence and engage

I mean the Ukranian tankers will do wonders to help our mirage fighters and JF17 thunder patrol the air as needed

Just in case if someone has any doubt yes the JF17 thunder will also work nicely with KJ-200

kj-200+internet+picture.jpg

And yes there is no rider on what can be equip on the FACINATING plane

We can put anything

Air - Air
Air - Air (extended km missiles wink wink)
Air - Ground

You name it we can put it on ... now there

The best part is that it will be frist plane to have 100% Pakistan/Chinese parts including engine soon

Pakistan starts production of avionics for JF-17 Thunder jet
Updated at: 1900 PST, Friday, May 28, 2010 ShareThis story

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Friday successfully launched the production project of avionics for the fighter jet (JF-17 Thunder) at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra.
Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman, speaking as chief guest on the historic occasion, said, "a strong air force is essential for our nation's survival; therefore, self-reliance for PAF (Pakistan Air Force) is an important factor. Today's ceremony is an important step in this direction."

He expressed satisfaction that significant progress had been made in achieving national objective of attaining self-reliance in defence industries.

He commended the management, airmen and civilians of PAC for their devotion and dedication towards this project of national importance and urged them to continue this journey with added zealand zest.

Earlier, PAC Chairman Air Marshal Farhat Hussain Khan presented an appraisal of the JF-17 avionics programme activities.

He said the generic production and testing facilities had been established at Kamra Avionics and Radar Factory where, besides the Chinese avionics, four indigenously designed and developed avionics systems were also being produced.

He informed that the production scope would be progressively broadened to include the production of complete JF-17 avionics suite at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex.

Secretary of Defence Production, Members of JF-17 Board of Directors, Principal Staff Officers of Pakistan Air Force and representatives from the Chinese aviation industries attended the ceremony

AESA !!!!!! yea - its coming ... its coming

In another interesting development Chinese company, No 14 Research Institute / Nanjing Research Institute of Electronic Technology (NRIET) which defeated the SELEX (Galileo Avionica) and is providing the KLJ-7 radar for current batch of JF-17 Thunder is also developing AESA radar to satisfy its customer. Chinese companies are working hard to provide a complete package deal to PAF that will involve improved version of SD-10 with increased range

what is the purpose of this thread ?

Well its just to show that the JF17 thunder project is not dependent on any forigne decision , and we will have our own 300-500 fighters

;)

It just shows the shear determination - Chinese engineers and Pakistani engineers have shown

Wow , Engine, Avionics, and all the production wow awesome stuff

Just imagine 300-500 JF17 thunders with KJ200 coverage over 350-???? km

With the russian engines we had a limit , now with WS-13 we can make as many as we need in Pakistan

I don't know I am super excited about the WS-13 engines ... can't wait for our engineers to mass produce these engines

5,000,000 Million dollars extra on JF17 sales ... and we can just put a new engine !!!! Instead of canabalising the planes !!!! NO more canabalising We can just put a new engine in !!! and off it goes the Thunder plane for new mission !!!

JF17 It would be fantastics new but obviously the enhanced engine will mean we can perhaps even increase the pay load of planes , more hard points down the line?]]

Stronger engine = More weight carrying capacity !! and that means greater payload an extra missile on board can come in handy

WS-13 would have 100KTN of thurst which is more than the thrust of GE-F414 (98.0 KTN).

GE-F414 will power JAS-39 Grippen NG , we need not only to get WS-13 but also reduce weight by using more and more composite materials on fuselage and on wings.

Once the weight is reduced significantly (Turkish Phantoms have reduced nearly 300-400 Kg ) as done with Turkish F-4's & when provided with a 100KTN thrust Engine the Thrust to weight ratio will increase & so will the Payload capacity.

According to my knowledge PAF has a requirement of 9 weapon stations and 2 hard points for carrying other equipment ie Targeting pods. (11-hp's)

That can easily be achieved by installing another weapon station/Hard point next to the lower fuselage under each wing but to get it done like i said before we need to improve TOW ratio of the aircraft as it must be able to to carry the weight and sustain it on its wings.

Installing Super hornet style Multiple ejector racks for BVRAAM's and WVRM's would come handy too , JFT carries MER's for Ground munitions.

Wow 11 would be awesome fire power when 3-4 sqadrons will be in missions ...:yahoo: loaded and ready , I mean some serious fire power no doubt

What if we sold 100 fighters to Egypt
that is 5,000,000 Million extra per engine x 100 = $500 Million dollars

Obviously if they order spares then it woud be even better

Almost the cost of investment 1 billion dollars ? We can sure use these funds to improve other areas of defence force

11 are not weapon stations - the requirement is 9 weapon stations & two additional hard points for carrying Pods and EW equipment.

F-16's also have 9 weapon stations.

BB the weight reduction was 750kg and was done by replacing 20km of wiring as well as most hydraulic and pneumatic lines and hoses. The weight can further be decreased if you start adding composites to the airframe which is probably what will be done to the later JF-17s.

Well the raptors have the pods to communicate between planes transfer tactical data etc so yes makes sesne to have 2 pods vacant for tactical equipment to aid in plane missions.

Wonder if something is being done on the EW for JF17 thunder with turkey would make sense if it is cuz Turkey has some insight in that area

Do turkish have any EW suit that we could use on the JF17 thunders? as an option

Would be good strategy to mix and match the EW in sqadrons so there are multiple EW enabled planes in squadron if we can manage that

I do not think so. TuAF F-16s use AN/ALQ-178/ALQ-211(V) 4 AIDEWS and F-4E 2020 terminators use Elta EL/L-8222 active ECM pods from Israel. Aselsan might have something in the works but currently they are not in our F-16 fleet that i know of besides their Aselpod.

I was expecting you - thanks for clarification.

Correct me if I am wrong but if you are using Israeli EW suit in your planes isn't hat a security risk as the other country knows all weakness in your planes ? :what:

I am sure there must be classified changes in these systems before they are integrated into the planes

I know u r referring to the F-16 rider clause when u say that JF-17 can be used against anyone and anybody.

But seriously, all that clauses and riders on F-16 is BS, just to calm down GoI and to also please ur country.

Imposing riders on military systems is one thing and actually implementing them is quite another.

I donno if the Americans will be using some special firmware on board the systems to restrict the use of F-16's against India but otherwise I dont see any way why Pakistan cannot use F-16 against us.

I know dis thread for JF-17 but ur thread title really made me post this. Delete this post if u want to.
