PMA 150' Eyesight Inquiry
Take it from me, the limits of weak eyesight is ±3.5 and if you refractive error exceeds it than you are unfit. The aforementioned criteria lies in the VS3 category which is fit for all courses including PMA LONG COURSE, however in GDP you must have 6/6 without glasses.
