I'm not so sure about IELTS and how it works but I researched about it and a score of 6.5 should get you into a few universities in Canada. A score of 7 or higher would be better and open more doors. The best thing you should do right now is to contact the universities you want to apply to and ask them.

hello, in present times of despair, we need to project every little positive about our armed forces. this will surely help improving he image of military in eyes of national and international community.
