We need to get the Afghanis included into the Cinnah and Ataturk SOF exercises frame work between Pak-Turk special ops.

@Neptune @Sinan @Casus Belli

I need to disagree mate. ANA is not fully integrated yet thus we have a trust issue with them in Afghanistan. As I have mentioned a dozen times; these are routine exercises, not a big deal. It's very ironic that TNF and PN doesn't have such cooperation. Why not SAT and SSGN have never exercised together, not even a VBSS in port visits. Though they were recently opened themselves to public for the first time since a decade. You can see at Turkish SOF thread.

Very ironic that no naval coop exists.

Maybe we don't want to train with amateurs ! :whistle:

@Neptune

Afghan APUs are fairly well trained.

It's not about how they are trained; Turkish news agencies report the lack of coop between Afghan SOF and ÖKK. Not because of their trainings. They don't have an integrated, battle ready, capable army yet. This includes their SF/SOF as well.

Dude this is more of a relationship building endeavor as opposed to actually learning something from the Afghans or them learning something from us.

Their competence can be gauged from the astronomically high level of desertions in the ANA.

I hope the Afghan SOF are better because they are the elite after all.

Well. We will see that in the field. Though it'll be open for public.

Good thing that for once Pakistan and Afghanistan are working together, even if it is under turkish umbrella.
