No mate GRSE is only builder, design and tech lies with MOD and naval design beauro(under defense ministry only). It can provide similer hull even outer stealth material structure but main thing is IR suppression which I don't think we are going to take risk on.
Not even a destroyer will survive after one direct hit by Bramhos, so should target nation stop ship building. One has to make it costlier for enemy to think many times before engaging you.

Mate you give me a similar stealth boat with three layer of anti air systems(main naval 76 mm SRGM, CIWS and anti missile system), French Israeli and Indian combined ECMs, CODOG super maneuverability And I will shoot dodge confuse as many missiles as required while firing my own missiles on enemy boats. Let them taste the supersonic missile while I will roast their subsonic missiles.

This missile is in very limited use for a reason. And India doesnt have any anti ship ballistic missile, there is a program in development know though, but it has 1500+ km range.
Look how cumbersome such a missile is. With only 350 km range, it's of very limited use to anyone.
Hull is bit larger than Saryu class newest patrol boat but superstucture is a lot different due to weapon and sensor suite being different.
