They are not ethnic Punjabi people. They came from india. Even though they speak an indo-aryan language they not indo-arayn people (Their language was changed due to influenced of aryan priests also hailing from northern Punjab and ruling india at that time). It’s a historic fact and can be easily checked (google Bhils and Chura etc.).

Many of those marrying Chinese even from so called Muslims are outside settlers in Punjab mostly musali and nutt (the muslim converts from indian Chura or dalit castes). Chura is not a degrading term in india since it refers to a caste but in Pakistan it is. Furthermore some fake Punjabis are also indian settlers who settled in Punjabi during Mughal times as this region prospered. They are not real Punjabis.

None of them is Mohajar. But they are also not ethnic Punjabi either. Not everybody that speaks Punjabi or thinks they are punjabi, are actually ethnic Punjabis. Most Christians in Pakistan are indian Churas which is a Dalit caste from india. You can ask them yourself. That’s also true of many in rural Sindh too. Ethnic Punjabis are distinct people.
