Anyways, it depends. If your overall system efficiency is 80%, that means if you want to produce 800 kwh on average for 180 million people, assuming the high of 11 kwh per cubic meter of gas, it would come to: 16.36 billion cubic meter of gas or about 578 billion cubic feet of gas.

Thank you. Yes I gathered by the responses. Either they don't want to believe the gravity of the situation or they don't understand. Would like your response on the assumptions I made and if they can be refined.

I think it is not your fault. It is the fault of the system. You probably can complain about it to @WebMaster or @Horus and they will fix it.

I went through your work and I must say, it is excellent. The problem is not assumptions. The problem is, the decision makers have to get convinced and motivated. And that is the most difficult part. Since such decisions are seldom made purely because of merits of it. There are bribes and commissions involved. You know how these things are.
