India of course, by far in all aspects. NK has a lot of hardware, a lot of subs (at least 60, but small), their special operation forces are at least 100.000 which is a lot. Their military is very dangerous, it has a lot of ballistic missiles but the big question mark is: will they really fight in case of a war?
