You still don't understanding, how on earth that PAC-3's AESA has no software/algorithms to detect stealthy drones so how can be PAC-3 able to intercept stealthy drone, please answer my this query

It's not important if the drones are stealthy . it's important that this drones fly hifgh and only system like PAC can destroy them . your usual anti drone techniq don't work against them.
