In Twitter, any one can be President of US...does it matter??

If fake news spread by these Indians can cause death and destruction of people than yes its dangerous, many of the lynchings in India is done which started from Whatsapp Rumors aka fake news, this one old guy ( named Ikhlaq ) if i remember correctly was lynched based on fake news spread by the Hindu's on whatsapp groups .
