Lol was meant to happen..Arjunk,LCA,T-72 based APCs....now this....i was sayin this way back and indians were cryin.no we have 1 million in active service, why would we induct them.they are awesome.....Now this..
Looks like i was right:no:
Waste of money and time
Why not just go for the lastest varient of AK series from russia....save the money, time and shame?

the arjun has reached maturity and 250 are goin to enter service compared to 220 of ur "yen aal kh**dhi".............AK are not modualar enough, the pakistan army may settle for substandard equipment(the old g-3) but not the IA...........it needs ultra light ,easy to handle, modular, multicalibre ,all weather weapons.

hahahahaha you can't even spell Al-Khalid correctly, so how can you say it substandard. Pak Army is satisfied with this beast, not only Pak Army but many other countries are showing interest in this. We have something really exist in full standard, not like your arjun which is still an unreliable. and G-3 lolz buddy you have no idea about this deadly rifle.:sniper::bounce:

Its too hard for you to understand. Isn't it? Too much difficult! Its clear that IA using INSAS rifles for nearly two decades with 1 million INSAS in service. Now we are going for F-INSAS, space based assets, netcentric capabilities, next generation tanks, directed energy weapons, BMD etc..... now why they will not want to replace the classic INSAS? Isn't it very normal? :taz:

"Arjunk"? Hard to digest that India developed one of te best tank in the world. :azn:

You failed to mention which 'T-72 based APC'!!! What it is called BS? or just simple lie?

LCA is the best fighter aircraft developed out side America and Europe. Thats the fact. But some people can take it.

After replacing from the Army in next decade INSAS rifles will still be the mainstay of para-military forces.

ARMY DECIDES TO TAKE 124 MORE MBT ARJUN

12:55 IST

The Army has decided to place fresh order for an additional home-built 124 Main Battle Tank (MBT) Arjun. This is over and above the existing order of 124 tanks. The development follows the success of the indigenous MBT Arjun in the recent gruelling desert trials.

The project for the design and development of the MBT Arjun was approved by the Government in 1974 with an aim to give the required indigenous cutting edge to our Mechanised Forces. After many years of trial and tribulation it has now proved its worth by its superb performance under various circumstances, such as driving cross-country over rugged sand dunes, detecting, observing and quickly engaging targets, accurately hitting targets – both stationary and moving, with pin pointed accuracy. Its superior fire-power is based on accurate and quick target acquisition capability during day and night in all types of weather and shortest possible reaction time during combat engagements.

Bias needs bias sources. Get rid of Arjun and India... get a life dude. Arjun is the best tank in the region and 248 taks ordered while nearly 74 inducted. Keep yourself up-to-date, don't become laugh with three/four years old 'articles'.
