Iran up, US down: Height study charts global health

no guys its in the cheese and milk both must be unpasteurized and organic, then eat barley or oat bread, with salad, egg, tomatos, cucumber etc. with some potato. i went down the list of countries and typed their diet and these were common food all of them eat.

Milk/dairy consumption during earlier age is one of the many factors that determines height.

USA dairy consumption = 254 kg per person per year
Iran dairy consumption = 46 kg per person per year

Keeping that in mind, I find it hard to believe that Iran with 5 times lesser consumption per capita has surpassed America in height. Ofcourse, there are other factors too. But even in all those, America would be higher.

Indian doctors probably measure the heights having the patients stand on five inch blocks. 😂

Freedom for Manlets!

Definitely not relieble it is increasingly padded stats example they have Afghan average as 170 cm while Indian average as 177cm

The Gangus are freaking small on average compared to the Afghans even the Indians themselves will tell you this and say they have bigger bones than us..

The Punjabis are bigger and taller both in Pakistan and India but they are a minority in India and described by other indians as psychically strongest ethnic group in India and tallest as well
The 177 you see on google frontpage is from the article below, a typical indian fake propaganda for google search and wiki edit though.

The original source cited by that article never mentions average height of Indian men or woman, but "IDEAL WEIGHT", not even average weight!.That's the NIN sets as ideal , based on 95% percentile

https://www.nin.res.in/RDA_short_Report_2020.html

Here's times of India article referring it more fairly as "ideal weight",from the ideal "desired" weight ,the Indians have spun it into average height of Indian is now 177 from that .No study shows indian average even close to 170.
