i think in that case pilot is good
as the front gear stucks .. there is an engineering problem there

There is a flash at 00:49 from starboard engine. Could some one from aviation fields say whether it is because of debris coming from nose touch down being sucked into engine or it is from the change in reverse thrust control settings?

That pilot is incredibly skilled. If you ever tried to drive the car on two wheels, you know you have to "feel" the car, perfectly balance it, etc. Now try it with the plane... 100x harder.
