IRIN launches refitted Bayandor corvette

Today in a ceremony attended by General Salehi and Admiral Sayari Iran's Navy after an extensive refitting and overhaul program that took 20 months launched Bayandor corvette.
This program included:
Repairing of the main engines
overhaul of the heat convertors and fuel systems
modernizing of the monitoring systems
installation of a new FCS and radar system
installation of new 76mm and 40mm cannons
adding of two double tube Noor Anti ship missiles

Iran's second bayandor class corvette, IRIN shahid Naghdi will be launched in the near future, according to Iran's military official Naghdi will have a flat passive radar and its 76mm gun will have new optics
