Offcourse my proposal wasn't serious. But the 'conceptualization' of my post was something I wanted you guys to notice.

As I said, when you have cash, buying products is the 'least' useful thing one can do. Saudis must use their massive wealth to again maximum and permanent long term leverage.

For example, U.S had cash after WW2 while Europe was destroyed. Look what U.S did

France is a very good ally and trusted country!

Gaddafi had even better things to say about the "trusted" and "good allies" them French.
