I dont think its a conscious effort to portray them in a bad light, film makers will not pour in millions just to make a silly point. The actresses must be doing it out of their free will, Zeba bakhtiar acted in a few films and did not have this issue because she was conservative to begin with, film industry is moderated and everythings done with the actors consent.
