Someone wrote the actual reason for Pakistan's problems in the comments and their comment got deleted/shadow-hidden sometime between the first time I checked this video and now.


AKA, increase Government Revenue to GDP ratio from ~10% to ~20%.

So his views about newly minted SiFC is no different than his views on CPEC on 2014-15. Considering how those power plants and roads in CPEC have turned out, maybe taking a pause in SIFC might not be a bad idea.
 
Without the fantasy of CPEC which has died on the vine and its other fantasy substitute SIFC, Pakistan would have nothing, not even empty hopes.
