I think these trucks are in stock they never used them and along with these trucks India donated some jeeps as well... nowadays I see couple of coaster like TATA vans for non combatant ANA personnel.

I dont know about technical details, they might be awsome, they look like devil though.

Btw its alot better to gift something new to official army of another country then to gift something to Non State Actors of another country......

I think If possible India should also help Afganistan in building their Airforce....
