There is a book which i believe has anecdotes on PN.
Bubbles of Water: Or, Anecdotes of the Pakistan Navy
It was given to my relative as part of bookclub deductions made to support/encourage writing in the PN. Since it was lost I would love to know if someone can arrange it. It has two cases on Hangor if I remember correctly. One was of a officer who was worried about losing his pounds he had buried in his village (accumulated during his training in England) but had not told anyone. This was a touching element of a daring raid, reflecting on mortality when the outcome could have gone sideways. The other case was of using the layer of mercury in the ocean to cool the engine by performing a wheelie type motion.
