Turkey's industrial output was up 10.2 percent year-on-year in June 2010.
Turkey's statistical board, TurkStat, on Monday made public the industrial production index for June 2010 and announced that industrial production was up 10.2 percent year-on-year and 2.2 percent month-on-month.
Production in the manufacturing industry was up 10.6 percent, compared to a 6.1 percent rise in the mining industry and an 8.2 percent rise in the electricity, gas and water industry in June 2010 over June 2009.
In May, industrial production was up 15.6 percent year-on-year and 3.7 percent month-on-month.
