Not at all, I have shared these facts on PDF before. I never wanted to leave Pakistan. I was sent abroad on a scholarship to pursue higher studies, but it was abruptly cut short due to a "lack of funds" by NS government in violation of its own commitments. (contd.)

I was ordered back to Pakistan, and to waste 2.5 years of my life for nothing because the government did not want to pay a few thousand pounds to complete my degree. (contd.)

That was around the same time NS came to London, and stayed at the Dorchester Hotel, and gave the doorman a tip greater than the amount I needed to complete my degree to go back and serve the nation. (contd.)

It was then that I decided not to go back. I had to pay back the amount spent on my "education" by the government, and it took me nearly ten years to pay it all back. And here I am today.

University education in the US is insanely expensive, I am glad to know that you were able to pay back all of your student debt. How difficult was it to continue your education in the US when the government of Pakistan decided to stop funding it?
