This is false.

Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan made extensive use of mercenary pilots. According to HRW, "Most informed observers believe that mercenaries pilot most of Azerbaijan's air force."[441]

Several foreign groups fought on the Azerbaijani side: Chechen militants, Afghan mujahideen,[442] members of the Turkish nationalist Grey Wolves,[443] and the Ukrainian nationalist and neo-fascist UNA-UNSO.[444] The Chechen fighters in Karabakh were led by Shamil Basayev, who later became Prime Minister of Ichkeria (Chechnya), and Salman Raduyev.[445] Basayev famously participated in the battle of Shusha in 1992.[445][446] Saudi-born Ibn al-Khattab may have also joined them.[447] The Afghan mujahideen were mostly affiliated with the Hezb-e Islami, led by Afghan Prime Minister Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.[448][449] According to HRW, they were "clearly not motivated by religious or ideological reasons" and were, thus, mercenaries.[449] The recruitment of Afghan mujahideen, reportedly handled by paramilitary police chief Rovshan Javadov, was denied by Azerbaijani authorities.[449][450] They first arrived to Azerbaijan in fall 1993 and numbered anywhere between 1,500 and 2,500[449] or 1,000 and 3,000.[451] Armenia alleged that they were paid for by Saudi Arabia.[448] Afghan mujahideen constituted the most considerable influx of foreign fighters during the war.[451] Some 200 Grey Wolves were still present in the conflict zone as of September 1994 and were engaged in training Azerbaijani units.[452]

Artsakh and Armenia

Some 85 Russian Kuban Cossacks and around 30 Ossetian volunteers fought on the Armenian side.[453][454] In May 2011, a khachkar was inaugurated in the village of Vank in memory of 14 Kuban Cossacks who died in the war.[455] Ossetian volunteers reportedly came from both South Ossetia (Georgia) and North Ossetia (Russia).[456][457] No less than 12 diaspora Armenian volunteers fought and four diaspora fighters died in the war.[458][459] According to David Rieff, members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaks), "including a substantial number of volunteers from the diaspora, did a great deal of the fighting and dying."[460] Former members of the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA) also participated in the war.[461]

Diplomatic support

Artsakh and Armenia

Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) has received diplomatic recognition[462] and diplomatic support, especially during the 2016 clashes, from three partially recognized states: Abkhazia,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagorno-Karabakh_conflict#cite_note-471[463][464] South Ossetia,[j][465] and Transnistria.[k][466]

During the war, Greece adopted a pro-Armenian position[467] and supported it in international forums.[468][393] During the April 2016 and July 2020 clashes, Cyprus condemned Azerbaijan for violating the ceasefire.[469][470]

Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosyan reportedly told the Greek ambassador in 1993 that France and Russia were Armenia's only allies at the time.[471] According to a US State Department cable released in 2020, the French ambassador to the UN, Jean-Bernard Mérimée, succeeded in changing the wording of the UNSC Resolution 822 to state that it was "local Armenian forces", not "Armenian forces" that occupied Kalbajar. He also suggested treating the Armenian capture of Kalbajar not under Chapter VII of the UN Charter (an act of aggression), but Chapter VI (a dispute that should be settled peacefully).[472]

Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has received explicit diplomatic support in the conflict from several countries and international organizations. Azerbaijan's strongest diplomatic supporters are Turkey and Pakistan,[473][474] which is the only UN member state not to have recognized Armenia's independence in support for Azerbaijan.[475] Turkish-backed unrecognized Northern Cyprus (Turkish Cyprus) also supports Azerbaijan.[476] The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)[477] and the Turkic Council[478] have repeatedly supported the Azerbaijani position. Some member states of these organizations, namely Uzbekistan[479] and Saudi Arabia[480] have voiced support for Azerbaijan's position on their own repeatedly. Lebanon, on the other hand, has not supported OIC's pro-Azerbaijani resolutions.[481]

Azerbaijan has received diplomatic support, namely for its territorial integrity, from three post-Soviet states that have territorial disputes: Ukraine,[482] Georgia,[483] and Moldova.[484] These three countries and Azerbaijan form the GUAM organization and support the Azerbaijani position in the format as well.[485] Serbia, with its own territorial dispute over Kosovo, also explicitly supports Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.[486][487][488]

Two other post-Soviet states, Kazakhstan[489] and Belarus[490] tacitly support Azerbaijan's position, especially within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and the CSTO, despite nominal alliance with Armenia.[491]

Both Palestine[492] andIsrael[493][494] have voiced support for Azerbaijan.

We all know that the Soviets created a fucked up situation for the region when they left. The same for many empires like the British, who probably created the greatest number of intractable conflicts in the world when they left their colonies.

However, when the Armenians had the upper hand in the 90s and even until the 2000s, they should've offered to return most of the conquered region back to Azerbaijan and retain the historic Armenian areas of Nagorno Karabakh. That would have been a fair trade. However, since then the circumstances and the world has completely changed and Azerbaijan became much richer and more powerful. This alone should have made Armenia hyper concerned about the shifting balance of power, but instead they elected a Soros puppet who decided to alienate their historic benefactor and completely isolate themselves in the region, while in contrast, Aliyev was making all the right diplomatic moves to make sure that if he fought a war, it would have the blessings of the greater powers in that region.

Turkey's economy has been hit hard. But diplomatically, geopolitically and militarily it is probably the strongest it has been for a long time. It is no longer just an appendage of Europe begging to get into the EU, it is acting unilaterally and independently on its own.

Honestly, the entire situation has become very dangerous for the Armenians yet like children, they live in a fairytale.
Armenians should just kiss the hand of the Turk and apologize for their crimes. After this all will be fine for them. They had lived for a thousand year under the leadership of Turks and they were doing fine until the beginning of the 19. century until they got played by the western emperialist powers and the russians.

This is false.

This is all BS where is your proof. They made the same propaganda during the Karabakh war in 2020 this time they claimed that Turkiye send Syrian and Lybian merceneries to Karabakh which is totally bs and laughable. No proof nothing just lies. They got beaten by Azerbaijani armed forces and they cant deal with that so they make up stories like this to comfort themselves.

Armenians should just kiss the hand of the Turk and apologize for their crimes.
What crimes? You guys insist on ignoring your crimes against the Armenians.

On 15 October 2020, a video surfaced of two captured Armenians being executed by Azerbaijani soldiers;[358] Artsakh authorities identified one as a civilian.[359] Bellingcat analysed the videos and concluded that the footage was real and that both executed were Armenian combatants captured by Azerbaijani forces between 9 and 15 October 2020 and later executed.[358] The BBC also investigated the videos and confirmed that the videos were from Hadrut and were filmed some time between 9–15 October 2020. A probe has been launched by Armenia's human rights defender, Arman Tatoyan, who shared the videos with European Court of Human Rights and who will also show the videos to the UN human rights commissioner, the Council of Europe and other international organisations.[360] The U.N. human rights chief, Michelle Bachelet, stated that "in-depth investigations by media organisations into videos that appeared to show Azerbaijani troops summarily executing two captured Armenians in military uniforms uncovered compelling and deeply disturbing information".[361]

On 10 December, Amnesty International released a report on videos depicting war crimes from both sides. In some of these videos, Azerbaijani soldiers were seen decapitating the head of an Armenian soldier as he was alive. In another video, the victim is an older man in civilian clothes who gets his throat cut before the video abruptly ends.[283]

Beheadings of two elderly ethnic Armenian Civilians by Azerbaijani armed forces have been identified by The Guardian. In videos posted online on 22 November and 3 December, men in Azerbaijani military uniforms hold down and decapitate a man using a knife. One then places the severed head on a dead animal. "This is how we get revenge – by cutting off heads," a voice says off-camera. The victim was identified as Genadi Petrosyan, 69, who had moved to Matadashen in the late 1980s from Sumgait. Another video posted on 7 December showed two soldiers in Azerbaijani military uniforms pinning down an elderly man near a tree. Another soldier passes a knife to one of the attackers, who begins slicing at the victim's neck. The victim was identified as Yuri Asryan, a reclusive 82-year-old who had refused to leave his village, Azokh.[362]

In another video, a villager named Kamo Manasyan is kicked and beaten as blood streams from his right eye and then hit with a rifle stock.[362]

Betraying the Ottoman Empire, siding with France and the Bolsheviks during war and committing warcrimes against Turkish citizens in the eastern regions of Turkiye.

Also they committed a genocide against Azerbaijani Turks in Khojali in 1995.

Imagine America going to war against Russia or China and you have asian Americans who start an armed rebellion inside US soil and commit massacres against American citizens during the war.

What would be the response of US government against these asian americans. You and i know exactly what they will do.

Armenians lived 600 years under the leadership of Turks with Ottomans and before that they lived another several centuries under the Seljuk Turks. Why did Turks let these Armenians in peace for 1000 years when they were very strong and then in 1915 they decided to attack them in their weakest period?

it doesnt make sense

Betrayed the Empire? You guys started wiping them out berfore WWI. Are you kidding? You were allied to the Bolsheviks, not them.

A few hundred people is not a "genocide". That incident is very controversial and obscure, since apparently the Azeris used to fire artillery against Armenians. Armos told them to stop or they would attack the town, they didn't and Armenians started taking the town. Eventually the Azeris started evacuating the civilians on army trucks, but from what some sources say,the Azeri troops were also among them. Armenians thought it was the Azeri army trying to flee and they shelled them.

Dude,Greeks also lived under Turkish rule for about 400 years and in some areas less or more, but there were many uprisings here and there throughout these centuries, all of which failed. The Serbs too. Eventually,in the early 19th century Greeks and then Serbs and others, rose up succesfully as the Ottoman Empire started declining and the European powers were more interested in dividing it.

1.Who's this "Radovanovic" and this very weird stuff he supposedly wrote, that nobody has heard of?
2.And one can go to Turkey and see all people there look like Western europeans or Greek or Arap. Yes,your point is dumb.
3.Easy to throw around the word "whore" when you pretend to be a pious Muslim,eh?
4.Dandolo didn't have a daughter, assuming you are talking about Enrico Dandolo, the Doge. He had a son whose daughter married Stefan Nemanja eventually. Stefan Nemanja never took a "papal crown",he remained Orthodox.

I don't know what kind of weed you're smoking. You can hardly type or use paragraphs.
Listen. Byzantine sources called her whore , not me . St Sava did crown him with papal crown, weather you like it or not. Weather you like it or not Nemanic family were Albanians. I don't expect from you to know about Radovanovic and believe there are others. Funny enough I watched on Belgrade TV Serb nationalist ( Maric ) talk about it haha , and Liberal pro Western Serb was angry. Paradoxes. The guy was married to Dandolo family, most definitely.
In Turkey there is very little of your type of phisionomy, you like Romanians and others Kara Vlahs and Thracians have particular fitures. I think I heard somewhere that even some of the fathers of modern Greece, couldn't speak proper Greek. Basically I am saying, you yourself are Romanian or something like that.

I never really understood why they hated the Armenians so much ngl, like I can understand a Pakistani hating Indians, he has a lot of justified reasons, not sure what the Armenians did to receive this much visceral hatred though

But I do still support Azerbaijan in principle and war crimes are unavoidable

Basically I am saying, you yourself are Romanian or something like that.
Me myself? You don't know me or where I'm from. You don't know my roots. And you rush to to say that I'm Romanian.

And you're a black African from Zimbambwe.

But I do still support Azerbaijan in principle and war crimes are unavoidable
21st century and Azeri soldiers in full gear, threw down an Armenian old man who could barely walk and beheaded him. There's a video. I've seen a lot of videos of atrocities through the years, various conflicts, but I didn't watch the rest of this. It's out there. As well as the executions of other Armenians, civilians and POWs.

Remember,I'm not talking about shelling of civilian buildings or attacks with heavy weapons.

For a country that insists they have the "moral high ground" and random Muslims cheer and clap and say "Well done Azerbaijan!" I find it despicable they have "brave" soldiers who literally behead civilians and POWs. In the 21st century.

Nobody touch Armenians in 900 years under Seljuk and Ottoman rule

but France and Russia used Armenians against the Ottoman Empire between 1896 and 1915

and with the aim of establishing a greater Armenia
traitor Armenians killed over 500.000 muslims in Anatolia , when Turks were busy to fight against a lot of power

The occupation of the Ottoman Bank by members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnak Party) in 1896

even a failed assassination attempt on Sultan Abdulhamid 2 by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnak Party) in 1905

In your alternative history maybe.
traitor Armenians killed over 500.000 muslims in Anatolia
Armenians managed to kill 500,000 Muslims when Turks where the government and had the army and weapons to deal with bands of lightly armed Armenians? Which book talks about this, inform us then.

When I and Katchatur entered house, our soldiers had nailed 13 years old Turkish child to the window. He was making much noise so Kachatur put mother's cut breast into his mouth. I skinned his chest and belly. Seven minutes later the child died. As I used to be a doctor , I was a humanist and didn't consider myself happy for what I have done to the Turkish child . But my soul was happy for taking %1 of vengeance for my nation Then Kachatur cut body into the pieces and trew to dog of the same origin as the Turks. I did the same to 3 other children that evening. I did my duty as an Armenian patriot. Kachatur sweated much . But I saw I saw great struggle and humanism in his and others soldiers eyes. The next day, we went to the church to clear our souls from what we had done the previous day. But , we were able to clear the slopes from 30000 thousand people.
Zori Balayan " Revival Of Our Souls "1996, pages 260-262.
You see buddy , it is high moral and humanism to exterminate this kind of diabolical scum. Since 1896 , there are countless reports of the massive use of such methods. I, myself saw LIVE something similar. I can imagine what had been going on in the Balkans over the last 200 years, for Serb I pretty much know the details. I don't know, but can imagine what was happening in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. It is always the same Modus Opearandi . As of my Religion, well I can inform you that there is the choice between the punishment or forgiveness. I believe in your religion there is co called mercy and forgiveness. I I am kind of different, so I can tell you openly without a trace of pretence, I am delighted about beheading of the old Armenian scum. As of the rapes, well I don't approve but the rest of all that affair, I wouldn't lif a finger to stop it. You spent the last once., at least superficial humanity which supposedly is a requirement. Of course, I have no any doubts that given the situation, you would do the same.
