The Manggarai Operations Control Center or OCC (Operation Control Center) is a centralized operation system in the form of CTS (Centralized Traffic Supervised) which functions to monitor all train movements and the conformity of train schedules between planning and actual throughout Operation Area (Daop) 1 Jakarta.

OCC Manggarai is the largest and most sophisticated in Southeast Asia. The system has a high level of complexity that brings together various different brands of interlocking products currently in Jakarta, such as VPI, iVPI, SSI, K5B Kyosan, SIL02, SilSafe4000, into 1 display on a supervision screen. This is one of the advantages that Len Industri has because it is able to "check" various product vendors from abroad, as well as being able to produce its own signaling products.

Not all signaling vendors can carry out this very heavy integration. Various brands and types of interlocking operating in the Daop 1 area of Jakarta must now appear and be integrated in one display at OCC Manggarai. Only Len Industri or LRS (subsidiary) engineers and products, namely SilVue, can perform this integration.

The six (6) OCC units that are being and have been built by Len Industri across the Java mainline include Daop 1 Jakarta (Manggarai), Daop 4 Semarang, Daop 5 Purwokerto, Daop 8 Surabaya, Daop 6 Yogyakarta (construction process), and Daop 7 Madiun (final settlement process). While the other two (2) units to be the next targets are Daop 2 Bandung and Daop 3 Cirebon. While Daop 9 Jember currently installed signaling is still mechanical so the construction of OCC CTS is not a priority.
