I'm never sure what is really discussed at these meetings. Probably IK updating ACM on economic/foreign policy, unsure what ACM talks about, probably capital requirements for plans and the countries we need help from. Somehow doubt it goes into the details of what specific aircraft we are looking at unless buying decisIon needs to be approved by IK. Be fascinating to be a fly on the wall

Have any new contracts been signed during the Tenure of this ACM?

Normally ACM's like to have achieved some procurement milestone as part of their legacy once they leave the surface. This ACM has a fantastic legacy in giving the IAF and India a right royal b*tch slapping in Feb 2019 and the first spilling of some Indian blood in air-air combat since 1971 with the Su30MKI shootdown and the Mig21, but they do like to sign a contract to to while they have it.
