Putin's first wife was Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Ocheretnaya, with whom Putin had two daughters. I don't think she was Muslim. They got divorced.
Later, Putin had a girlfriend, Alina Kabaeva, an Olympic gymnast who has a Tatar Muslim father and Russian mother. It has not been disclosed if she was married to Putin. She has a daughter and twin sons who may possibly be Putin's.
